Privacy Policy

By accessing or using the Trovare App and any corresponding services (collectively, the 'App'), you agree to this policy. In registering for and using the App, you may be asked to provide information that allows you to be identified as a particular person, including your name, your address or phone number, your email address, your company, and other information that identifies you as an employee ('Personal Data'). This policy explains how TFG Systems, LLC (“TFG”) may use information collected about you and how you can contact us to request correction or deletion of such information.

Data. By providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to TFG’s use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, your acknowledgment and agreement that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to offices and servers of TFG.

How We May Use Your Information. TFG may disclose your Personal Data and other information collected through the use of the App in the following circumstances:

1. With your consent.

2. To your employer/contracting entity and its affiliates in connection with the provision of TFG’s services.

3. To TFG employees, contractors, affiliates, business partners, and service providers offering services or providing resources available through the App.

4. To generally enhance or improve the offerings of the App.

5. Pursuant to applicable law or regulation or in response to a subpoena or an order of a court or government agency.

6. In connection with a change of ownership or control, including, without limitation, a merger or an acquisition of any or all of TFG’s business assets.
Security. TFG has implemented reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data. Your Personal Data is contained behind secured networks. When you access your Personal Data, we offer a secure server.
Privacy Policies of Third Parties. TFG affiliates and business partners and other resources that may be accessible through this App have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices for which TFG is not responsible.
Children Under 13. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 on the Site. If you are aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information and you so notify us, we shall promptly remove such information.
Opting Out You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or phone calls. You can opt out of receiving advertising from TFG by emailing admin@trovarehc.com. A User can also opt-out from email communications or SMS messages by clicking on the opt-out or unsubscribe link in any such message.
